Identifiers & contact details: name, email address, phone (if provided).
Billing details: address, tax/VAT ID (if applicable).
Message content: inquiries, support history, and form responses.
Marketing preferences (subscribe/unsubscribe).
Technical and usage data: IP address, browser, OS, pages visited, timestamps, session duration, and basic interactions (cookies/similar technologies).
Stripe (payments): payment token, transaction status, last 4 digits of card, issuing country. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
MailerLite (email marketing): subscription status, basic engagement (opens/clicks).
Google Workspace (email/forms/Drive/Sites): content you send us, attachments, form responses, and support emails.
We do not request or require protected health information. Please do not send sensitive medical data.
Provide and improve our educational services and sessions.
Manage bookings, payments, invoicing, and accounting.
Respond to inquiries and provide support.
Send transactional communications (confirmations, receipts, reminders).

We are not a school and do not act as an “educational institution” under FERPA. We work with families as a private provider.
We use essential cookies required for the website to function (Google Sites). We may use functional/basic analytics cookies to improve your experience, and will only use non-essential cookies with your consent where required.

We do not currently conduct behavioral advertising.
